Our slot review scoring system: what the numbers mean
Mira Chen8 min read
A score is a summary of our observations, not a probability of winning.
The five signals behind the score
Graphics covers presentation polish and on-screen legibility. Features covers the quality and clarity of the mechanics. Value looks at stake spread and paytable readability, while volatility fit asks whether the observed swings match the label and feature promise.
The overall score is an editorial summary, not a mathematical average that predicts a result. We keep the breakdown visible so readers can disagree with our weighting and still use the underlying notes.
What the score does not claim
We do not score a slot as a source of income, a lucky choice, or a guaranteed bonus route. RNG outcomes remain random, and a high score cannot change the house edge or a player's budget.
Use the score to shortlist games for further reading. Then confirm the live RTP, volatility, jurisdiction, and responsible-play controls before making any decision to play.
